Looks strange indeed. For ppc, root.log and state.log are missing.
For ppc64, job.log and state.log are missing.
Recently I had to try rebuilding my package several times because
sometimes
something went wrong on buildsys like:

Job failed on arch ppc64: couldn't download result files from builder
'https://bombadil.infradead.org:8888'.
Please contact the build system administrator.

I guess even if buildsys says "build succeeded" sometimes downloading the
rebuilt
rpms are failing.
Normal behaviour for non-testing targets is that one failing arch job
marks the entire build job as failed.
