No new files were added to the upstream driver if that's what you are asking. I only had to move nvidia-debugdump to cuda subpackage due to the new libnvidia-ml requirement. No issues on Fedora 21 although haven't tried to compile kmod against kernel 3.18 yet. I'm planning to keep this package (spec wise) as close to the main driver as possible.
