For F25 we need make a new package mlt-freeworld , since we have
packaged mlt in Fedora proper since F25 but without ffmpeg support, who
can help ? , should be easy .

Please see attached - that script fetches all ffmpeg deps and does a
mockchain rebuild.
For submitting updates, I don't have a script; it's just a for loop.
