You can do "informal" review of packages in the RPM Fusion queue list:

You cannot yet approve them because you are not sponsored but these reviews
will show your understanding of packaging guidelines to sponsors.
Moreover, consider to be sponsored directly in Fedora. You'll then be
automatically sponsored in RPM Fusion.
I've contacted upstream, should I just ignore these Errors or
include a patch
to fix these errors? I can't seem to find any information on what to do in the
guidelines.
Upstream should fix the FSF address in the sources. You must not patch it. Your
only duty was to report this issue upstream (e.g. opening a bug report in their
bug tracking system).
One more thing about vbam. The shared libs can be useful if they are used by
both gtk and sdl version: one library used by both in a package required by
both. But this is a issue I think you'll discuss with your sponsor ;-) Good
