AFAIR we agreed that the only way to be a sponsor in RPM Fusion is to
be a sponsor in Fedora:

Well, that's the case here (it was in the part that was quoted in my mail)
I think that before permitting non Fedora sponsors to became
sponsors
here, [...]
I for one would say we wait with discussing that until there is a more
pressing need.
