Can you try to reproduce with a local mock on your machine, if not
done already ?
It's probably related to the recent UsrMove change and maybe need to
clean the mock cache on the builder if the repository itself is in
good shape.

I had that error earlier today locally and it was solved by running:
$ mock --scrub=all -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 clean
