I've pushed the packages in the updates-testing repo and it seems that
the same list of mirrors is output at this step.
The mirrors are scanned every 8 hours. So the maximum time is 8 hours
until mirrormanager knows, that the files are updated. I could scan the
master mirror every hour to make sure that the mirrorlist is more
accurate.
