Building packages for EL8

Hi, RPM Fusion is preparing for EL8. Contributors can start to request branches and build packages. Branching for RPM Fusion is described here: https://rpmfusion.org/Contributors#Requesting_a_new_branch_for_a_package However, RPM Fusion relies on EPEL, so you might need to also branch or request branches in EPEL 8. Branching for EPEL 8 is described here : https://hackmd.io/@ssmoogen/B1p2QM-eS A number of packages have already been build for both free and nonfree, but a lot are still missing. Any help to get more packages in RPM Fusion For EL8 will be greatly appreciated. An issue that you may hit is missing -devel package. With the new RHEL's packages layout, these packages are usually available in the Code Ready Builder repo, but it's been observed that some of them are missing. For example, libbluray is available in the RHEL appstream repo, but not libbluray-devel. If you hit such a case, please open a bug in EPEL's pagure as described in the EPEL 8 branching doc above. However, after speaking with people in #epel, there's no guaranty for a timely resolution, if any resolution at all. In this case, as a workaround, the missing -devel packages can be taken from CentOS 8 build system and added in RPM Fusion's buildroot overrides for EL8.
