could you please put the documentation files i a doc subpackage.
Issues:

- Large documentation must go in a -doc subpackage. Large could be size
(~1MB) or number of files.
Note: Documentation size is 1628160 bytes in 195 files.

Documentation size is 1628160 bytes and #PackageDocumentation says: "For
example API documentation belongs in the -devel subpackage"
So docs are 1.6 MB, almost ~1MB and it is API documentation of libmp3splt, so I
think is not wrong and could be in -devel package.

please take the macro %name instead of libmp3splt in the file
section.
