You still need the driver for the video card though, otherwise it's pretty
useless, and for Intel drivers that means libva-intel-driver. Would be great to
get this package in as I've worked on enabling vaapi in GNOME 3.10 for Fedora
20.
There is also the vdpau>vaapi>Intel VA backend layer that is now possible
using:
