Why not? Currently this is fuse-emulator README. It points to Dribble
(and it should really be updated).

An another question is which package should own the aforementioned
directory; it might be best to make all Spectrum emulators own it.
Can you please explain why? I'm not sure that this is permitted by
Fedora Guidelines. IMHO only spectrum-roms should own the directory.
