Maybe this is a work for the "Display EULAs" feature of
PackageKit ?
I for one don't think that needed -- by having it in the nonfree section it's
marked as something that is non-free, thus it's up to the users to check what
usage or distribution restrictions the software has (like non-commercial or
sharewar).
And distributing shareware is IMHO something that computer magazines do for 15
and more years now without displaying EULA's. In Germany there were even
company's that copied and distributed shareware on floppy discs for a few bucks
without explicit permission from the authors. We are doing something similar
here, so I guess it should be no problem.
