What license tag should I use for TestU01 package?

Hello, I'm not sure what license tag I should for a license which restricts free usage for non-commercial usage only: *Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted without a fee for private, research, academic, or other non-commercial purposes. Any use of this software by a commercial enterprise requires a written licence from the copyright owner.* http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~simardr/testu01/copyright.html Currently I have used: *License: Custom (Non-Commercial Use Only)* Is this correct? Would be anybody interested in finishing review of the following BZ: https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2104 Review has been already done by Jeremy Newton but he is no proven packager...
