I'm not a Perl expert.. so No.
It's because this package doesn't use Net::UPnP directly, only via the MythTV
perl API, which is not actually listed as a dependency of this package.
Since the perl-MythTV package itself has a dependency on perl(Net::UPnP), I
would suggest replacing the
Requires: perl-Net-UPnP
with
Requires: perl(MythTV)
This dependency isn't picked up by RPM because the script operates with reduced
functionality if it's not present and hence it's not a hard requirement.
