We're still rebuilding perl packages against perl 5.26.0. Once
perl-Math-Pari is built, the stack perl-Net-SFTP-Foreign depends on
should be ok.
The stack of modules from Math::Pari up to Net::SFTP::Foreign has now
been built in Rawhide so this issue should be resolved once the new
builds hit the mirrors the RPM Fusion builders use.
