Appdata for RPMFusion (again)

Hi, I had brought up the subject of appdata for rpmfusion packages a couple of months ago. With F21 coming up fast, it'll be good to make some headway in this regard. A bug is already filed here[1]. Could rpmfusion package maintainers please give their suggestions there? Like I've said in the bug, I'll be happy to maintain an appdata package if that's the way to go for the time being.
