No, the proprietary blobs are only needed for runtime after installing.
We might have a problem here. This looks like the discussion in bug 1992 about
a package which downloads non-free code. Basically, I would say this looks like
a blocker.
Does the license conditions permit re-distributing? If so, one could perhaps
download the blob and include it in the rpm?!

Without that building fails, same as in the original srpm (nautilus-dropbox).

Hm. Also problematic since I presume that the builders does not have a display
available(?).
