I think the problem is not have F-18 branch in CVS, we still doesn't
have F-18 directory in CVS.
That's a different issue related to the checkout
not been refreshed.
cvs update -d if you are on a module and not on the top of the cvsroot.
If your module doesn't have F-18, please tell which one and report a bug.
