RPM Fusion (and Livna before that) have always branched only a
few days (two to four days normally, sometimes less) before a
release happens (some reasons for this can be found in the
mail archives of this list, as this topic comes up *every*
release; no time for more now, sorry).

IOW: Our devel-branch still targets F12.
now that means that I've effectively broken qmmp-plugins-
freeworld in F12 ... but as it did not get rebuilt, there should
be the old 0.3.0 package in the repo, which is fine for F12, and
I plan to release qmmp update to 0.3.1 for F12 soon, and then I
can re-request qmmp-plugins-freeworld 0.3.1 build, which will fix
the situation - while the users shouldn't notice the problem
