1st - build gpac
2nd - build x264 with bootstrap
3rd - build ffmpeg-0.11
4th - build x264 without bootstrap

This sounds about right. I am good to go, all the packages lower in the
dep chain have been fixed AFAIK. Moreover, I just pushed another bugfix
to mplayer and keeping this in sync is error-prone.
