Giles, remove the backslash at the end of the last line of the %cmake command.
I've also asked for advice on the RPM Fusion mailing list about CFLAGS.
There is a consensus on adding a comment about why some Fedora CFLAGS are
overwritten. And, if you want, you can also remove all the -fxxx flags which
are documented to be enabled by -O2.
Then the package will be approved.
