SPEC:

Summary: VDPAU backend for Video Acceleration (VA) API
This package is awaited in order to have a complete featured vaapi set of
packages in F-13 (blocking vlc update to 1.1.x).
This package targets rpmfusion free because it depends on libva-freeworld. Now
if libva is accepted in fedora, I don't think it will make this package
acceptable in Fedora. So at least code wide, this is free software not
allowable in Fedora, either free or nonfree will be fine.
