Most of the time, they should block #2 (some aren't). https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2 Please try to dedicate some time for review, especially for new contributors. Leigh and I are more dedicated to infra/releng tasks so there is a need to share the load and responsibilities. Also if you want to submit a package to RPM Fusion, please escalate on the mailing list in order to seek reviewers. (and a quick presentation is welcomed).
