That's a good news for old audio files.
From a quick review libmad, madplay mpg123 could get it, but not lame.
Anyone to start reviewing theses into fedora ?

Please note that only the decoding of MP3 files is permitted now. As
Nicolas correctly stated that would still prevent lame and other
encoders from going into Fedora repos.

The Workstation SIG is planning to introduce mpg123 through a gstreamer1 plugin[1].
