Scratch that. Somehow the package on the buildsys is different then
the one in my local mock repo. Investigating...
Looks like I picked the wrong snapshot for dropping the patch that fixed
the pkgconfig files and my local build still had that patch applied.
Fixed in 0.4.9-0.57.20081217.fc11.
