Hrm, the kmod-openafs kernel version does seem to be one rev ahead of
what's in Fedora's stable repo. The kmod-openafs in RPMFusion's
updates-testing is at -67, and the last F13 stable kernel is -66.
Jack updated the OpenAFS package to 1.4.14, but this kmod build
must've been caught between kernel updates?

Well, that explains the issue then. Sound I have the kmod packages
rebuilt?
