I tried to kick off an XBMC build but it has been in "checkout" for over an
hour. Any ideas?

Not sure... I've had strange errors on my builds lately as well. I have
even tried killing one so I could requeue it but although it said it was
killed I couldn't requeue it so I eventually kicked off a new build which
succeeded and the old one eventually errored out.

That's what I did... The old job eventually errored out.

I have sent a dozen kill requests, but that isn't the solution.
Is the builder admin not subscribed to this list? How do I contact them?
They appear when it is critical ... , but like Richard suggest , since
we can't do nothing , you may try submit a need build ....
