Hi, I'm updating rtmpdump in the rawhide branch to the newest version, which also will bump the soversion. Unfortunately the last version that was API compatible is missing some functionality, so a soname bump is required. There are four bugs related to this: 2899, 2927, 2969 and 2970, which should be fixed by the update.
