Then it will be possible to have a ffmpeg-latest or ffmpeg3 next (I still prefer the former as it will be relevant for both epel and fedora). That been said it will only be allowed to link to the default ffmpeg (2.8x) to avoid relinking error when a process has different version of ffmpeg libs linked.
