Hi, Martin. shotcut can be built in Fedora directly. The BuildRequires: x264-devel isn't used during build, so it can be dropped. It uses libx264 only via FFmpeg. Please consider moving this to Fedora and taking advantage of Fedora infrastructure and CI.
