I used %ifnarch %arm...
Since powerpc has tbb, I didn't want to exclude building against tbb
on that platform, no?

Since powerpc has tbb, I didn't want to exclude building against tbb
on that platform, no?
My bad, it's also available on ppc ppc64 and but on s390, anyway it's
probably safer to allow only on known arches instead of excluded arches
assuming a safer default.

Which arches are we currently building for? I could switch it around
but at this point does it really matter? Once a test build is
attempted for secondary arches and the result is known, we can always
update the logic in the spec file.

yes, if TBB uses ExclusiveArch: <list> in Fedora then packages depending
on it should also use the "positive list" - %ifarch <list>

I checked out the spec for TBB and it's inclusive so I changed the OCE
spec to match.
