Seems like there is an issue with the way gst1-libav detects it's features wrt fuller ffmpeg: H264/H265 codec support are missing even after enabling the ffmpeg-libs or libavcodec-freeworld. https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/totem-h-265-no-video-only-audio-pr...
