Definitely, yes. RPMFusion is supposed to adopt Fedora's policies.
For f23 I understand the question , for f24 I think RPMFusion
isn't yet
closed , since many packages aren't publish yet like this terminatorX
Well, barring the fact RPMFusion for 24 is in pretty miserable shape, I
don't see how your argument should be relevant here.
