Ok, I'm pretty much done with my formal review but ran into a
problem.
miro-segmenter.cpp is licensed as GPLv2, not GPLv2+ like everything else. It
only appears to link against ffmpeg, not the rest of miro, so I guess it's a
stand alone binary.
I'm still learning a lot about licenses, but I don't think this is
"kosher". Do
you know how/when/why miro-segmenter is called? Could it be packaged as a
separate "utils" subpackage so the license could be marked as GPLv2?
