faac is nonfree according to ffmpeg - What to do ?

Hello ! Some may know that the faac FOSS status if unsafe. Some projects have it disabled from their official build. The ffmpeg build that I'm preparing will have it disabled. the VideoLAN folk have removed it from their contribs. same for mythtv according to this bug: https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=780 Do we agree to move it to the nonfree repository ? x264 version bump

Hi. In the last three weeks there have been two ABI changes in x264. Current FFmpeg already requires the latest x264, so I can't update it past 20091019 snapshot without updating x264 as well. Nvidia drivers for Rawhide/F12

Hi all, I've had a skim through the archives to see what's going on with the nvidia drivers but I've not managed to find an ETA for them anywhere. Can anyone here who is working on it give an estimate for when they will be available for Rawhide/F12? Your making of the drivers available in RPMFusion in the past has been most appreciated. ffmpeg rawhide v dvbcut v selinux

Hi, A fresh rebuild and update 2 latest svn release for dvbcut now triggers selinux denials, and won't start. I think it was in swscale, a text relocation issue. Is that something that is now a feature of ffmpeg ? Do we need to request policy adjust (eg things moved etc) ? I can give more details later, got to run now. DaveT.
