The main features are an excellent MPEG viewer with time line, a real WYSIWYG menu editor with live thumbnails and monitor, and comfortable Drag-N-Drop support. Authoring to folder, making an ISO-image or burning directly to DVD as well as re-authoring by importing video from DVD discs is also supported. Why not Fedora: package linked to ffmpeg libs. rpmplint: 2 packages and 1 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 0 warnings. This is my first RPMfusion package, I need a sponsor. I have tried to do my homework by checking the review guidelines, see http://sourceforge.net/projects/bombono/files/tmp/review.txt/download. PCSXR) is an advanced PlayStation (PSX) emulator, which uses a plugin architecture to provide full support for all components of the PSX. It has full emulation support for game pads, videos, sound, memory cards, and other important PSX components, and is able to play many games without problems. Why it's not in Fedora: Emulators of video game systems seem to have legal problems, thus this excluded from the fedora repos. Note that PCSX is in the wishlist, but PCSX is no longer being developed or mantained. PCSXR on the other hand is a continuation and further development of PCSX than is being actively developed. Also note this is an svn snapshot; there is an official release for 1.9.92 but it's relatively old and the svn is fairly stable with significant improvements. VBA-M is a fork from the now inactive VisualBoy Advance project, with goals to improve the compatibility and features of the emulator with: Improved Save Handling, Improved Archive Support, Improved Input Capabilities, New built-in Pixel Filters, KEGA Fusion Filter Plugin Support, Blargg's GB_APU, UPS Patch support, and JoyBus support. Why it's not in Fedora: Emulators of video game systems seem to have legal problems, which is not a new story for such applications, thus this excluded from the fedora repos. This package is already posted in the Wishlist by the way (under VisualBoyAdvance Merge (VBA-M)), and is licensed as FOSS (GPL2). This is my second RPM Fusion package, the first of which has yet to be accepted https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2098). As well, I would assume I would want a sponsor for this. I left a bunch of comments in the SPEC file for easer review. Note that this is a pre-release, no stable versions exist, though this release is very stable (RC quality). Also note that there is a newer pre-lease than this (1.8.0.1042), I'm currently trying to figure out how to build it without errors (has a SVN Error stating it's not a working copy). F17 mass rebuild

Fedora team is planning a F17 mass rebuild with the move to GCC 4.7.0. http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2011-December/160723.html Today in RPM Fusion rawhide 'free' we have fc10: 4 fc11: 62 fc12: 19 fc13: 3 fc14: 23 fc15: 23 fc16: 236 fc17: 79 and in 'nonfree' fc10: 1 fc11: 34 fc12: 8 fc13: 7 fc14: 12 fc15: 36 fc16: 84 fc17: 23 Shouldn't RPM Fusion follow the mass rebuild? Hello, I'm not sure what license tag I should for a license which restricts free usage for non-commercial usage only: *Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted without a fee for private, research, academic, or other non-commercial purposes. Any use of this software by a commercial enterprise requires a written licence from the copyright owner.* http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~simardr/testu01/copyright.html Currently I have used: *License: Custom (Non-Commercial Use Only)* Is this correct?
