Hi, i wanna include a new package in rpmfusion-free. https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2955 http://www.zavedil.com/online-radio-applet/ This is a MATE panel applet to let you play your favorite online radio station from your system tray or panel with a single click. Icecast directory listing in included. I choose rpmfusion-free for building because it needs nonfree codecs to play all stations from Icecast. Package needs those rpmfusion-free packages as runtime require. - gstreamer1-plugins-bad-freeworld - gstreamer1-plugins-ugly This isn't my first package for rpmfusion and i don't need a sponsor. ffmpeg-2 help request for dvbcut and best practices...

Hi, my package dvbcut relies on ffmpeg, and has hence needed a fairly solid hand to get compiling under ffmpeg-2. While it now builds locally and in the buildsys OK, my incomplete patches cause failures during the application runtime. This package provides multiple export capabilites; 2 via the authors own mpeg2 de/re multiplexing code, and 3 others using libav (ffmpeg). When the later is chosen, the application crashes. 1. What is the best practice regarding use of functions marked deprecated in libraries an application is using ? e.g. I was thinking to adjust the application code's conditional compilation based on ffmpeg library versions to use the newest version of each ffmpeg function that is available. At the moment, these #if defs rather point at the last version in which the function was still present. Since a function is often marked deprecated a long time before it is actually removed from the source, I am hoping that this might reduce the amount of #ifdef, #elif, #elif #else #endif type of construct that makes the source as it stands really messy to read. 2. In relation to (1), I'm also wanting to push the changes upstream to the dvbcut sources. If it was your upstream project, would you want to include changes as suggested ? Why/why not ? 3. Problems with initial connection to CVS for PCSX2 package (Bug 2455)

Hello everyone, I've had my package approved and I'm trying to import my package to CVS but I'm falling at the first hurdle as I can't checkout common. According to the instructions at step 3.7 of < http://rpmfusion.org/Contributors#Your_package_gets_approved> I should do the following: ---------------------------------------------------------- export CVSROOT=:ext:<RPMFusion_username>@cvs.rpmfusion.org:/cvs/<tree>export CVS_RSH=ssh Start ssh-agent to ensure that cvs uses your id_rsa key: ssh-agent $SHELL Then, checkout the common tool and import your SRPM as follow : cvs co commoncd common./cvs-import.sh -b <branch> <my_srpm> During the CVS import procedure, your source files will be automatically tagged for the requested branch. [image: {i}] <tree> is the cvs tree where your source files should be imported/go (*free* or *nonfree*). [image: {i}] <branch> is the cvs branch where your source files should be imported/go (*devel* , *F-14* , *F-15* , etc.)." ----------------------------------------------------------- But my interpretation of this produces an error: [makerpm@weaver ~]$ export CVSROOT=:ext:gbirchley@cvs.rpmfusion.org:/cvs/nonfree [makerpm@weaver ~]$ export CVS_RSH=ssh [makerpm@weaver ~]$ ssh-agent $SHELL [makerpm@weaver ~]$ cvs co common Permission denied (publickey). cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any) I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. It's a while since I generated my ssh key, so I can't remember what I did to do this, I think probably I just ran ssh-keygen. I have sshkey sshkey.pub in my home directory. My apologies I'm sure this is a simple problem, but any advice would be gratefully received. May thanks, Giles

Uploading of plague results and logs to buildsys failing ?

Hi, It seems that the uploading of plague results and logs to buildsys.rpmfusion.org is not working properly, ie this is missing debuginfo rpms http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/plague-results/fedora-development-rpmfusion... Where as this one: http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/plague-results/fedora-development-rpmfusion... Only has debuginfo rpms And wrt logs, despite the 2.0.1-2.fc20 ffmpeg build having completed successfully, the log dir: http://buildsys.rpmfusion.org/logs/fedora-development-rpmfusion_free/1824... is empty.
