Description:
libde265 is an open source implementation of the H.265 video codec.
It is written from scratch for simplicity and efficiency. Its simple
API makes it easy to integrate it into other software.
The package was rejected for Fedora
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1129691) because "HEVC
implementations (of which h265 is one) have exactly the same legal problems as
previous codecs backed by the MPEG consortium.". See
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1129691 for further information.
Feedback from comment #2 of that bug has been incorporated.
This is my first RPM fusion package, I'm looking for somebody to review and

Description:
zBoy is a multiplatform GameBoy emulator that provides a load/save feature,
can perform PCX screenshots either manually or automatically (every few
seconds) and emulates an internal battery for ROMs that were designed to use
one (this allows to use the internal save option provided by such games,
remember highest scores, etc).
zBoy supports some additional features, too, like intelligent saving of
hi-scores for some games that aren't able to save their hi-scores table by
themselves because of the lack of a battery-backed RAM on the cartridge, and
improving screen's resolution output using graphic algorithms like Scale2x,
Scale3x, eagle...
It is also one of the very few GameBoy emulators that provides a 2-gameboys
link emulation, which makes it possible to play some games in 2-players mode
on a LAN.
Why not in Fedora:

Description: I am the developer of the GNOME Internet Radio Locator, and would
like to see it included in RPMFusion since some of the included radio stations
depends on the MP3 codec. Girl is a GNOME Internet Radio Locator program that
allows the user to easily find and record live radio programs on radio
broadcasters on the Internet. Girl is developed on the GNOME platform and it
requires at least one audio player such as Totem to be installed for playback

This is a work-in-progress implementation of the vendor-neutral dispatch layer
for arbitrating OpenGL API calls between multiple vendors on a per-screen
basis, as described by Andy Ritger's OpenGL ABI proposal.
Currently, only the GLX window-system API and OpenGL are supported, but in the
future this library may support EGL and OpenGL ES as well.

This package has been submitted for fedora, specially as it might be used by
mesa at some point.
Until approved or if there is any other issue preventing, it will better makes
senses in the nonfree section instead of the free section. This package is
