rfpkg trouble: "ImportError: No module named builtins"

Hi, I haven't used rfpkg for maybe 6 months. Have been using fedpkg with
success. I'm trying a number of commands with f29 rfpkg:

It might be related to python3 v2, but I'm sure if that was the case I
wouldn't be the only one with an issue ?

Build notifications are disabled from koji
by Nicolas Chauvet
Hi there,
Because the build notification feature seems broken already with
current koji, I've fully disabled it.
This will prevent lot of failing notification tasks from the koji-hub
(and hopefully reducing the admin stress on this topic).
There are still some random issue with build failing from alternate
arch builders. The issue has been reduced to the VPN link, but root
cause is still investigated.

libdvdread SONAME bump
by Dominik 'Rathann' Mierzejewski
Hello,
libdvdread 6.0.2 brings a SONAME bump from .so.4 to .so.7 due to a small
change in the pgc_t struct (still_time and pg_playback_mode fields were
swapped). Only dvdauthor and libdvdnav packages in Fedora and dvd95
package in RPM Fusion actually reference any of those fields, but it's
still an ABI break. I'm doing the rebuilds using my provenpackager
privileges now. List of affected packages below:
Fedora:
dvdauthor
dvdbackup
gnome-disk-utility
gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free
gstreamer1-plugins-ugly-free
k3b
libdvdnav
lsdvd
ogmtools
RPM Fusion:
dvd95
HandBrake
lxdvdrip
mplayer
mpv
ogmrip
vlc
vobcopy
xine-lib
Regards,
Dominik

libdav1d SONAME bump
by Robert-André Mauchin
Hello,
Dav1d 0.5.0 was published today and brings a SONAME bump from libdav1d.so.
2.0.0 to libdav1d.so.3.0.0.
I will be updating it next week on F31/32, consumers of these libraries
(ffmpeg, xine-lib, vlc) will need to rebuild their packages.
Best regards,
Robert-André

Could you do these changes using patches? sed calls are inherently
a fragile way of patching and will silently pass if it doesn't match
instead of failing like patch does.
