* Why this package is not eligible to be included in Fedora:
This depends on some codec that are not accepted in Fedora.
* This is my second RPM Fusion package. (The other is bug 4749 which is also
just filed)
* I am a current Fedora Packager
* RPMlint:

believe I shouldn't modify them.

Feel free to improve my rough python3 rfpkg port, what did you expect
from a fully qualified heating/plumbing engineer with virtually no
coding experience!
I hope you lot are proud of your inaction!!

rfpkgdb-cli and rfpkg
by Antonio Trande
Hi all.
Is anyone already working on 'rfpkgdb-cli' packaging?
It looks like required by 'rfpkg' and, therefore, it needs work for
using 'rfpkgdb-cli'

OBS Studio is software designed for capturing, compositing,
encoding, recording, and streaming video content, efficiently.
The package is not available in Fedora (to the best of my knowledge) as it
links against packages that may have patent protections, such as x264/x265
and nonfree packages like fdk-aac. The latter is why I am proposing this go
into nonfree instead of free. It's an optional dependency,but I would like
opinions on it.

Building new OpenShot (and libs) for branches only
by FeRD
OpenShot released a new version 2.4.4 earlier this week, so I'm readying
new builds of the libopenshot-audio, libopenshot, and openshot packages for
the f29 and f28 branches.
libopenshot-audio is still FTBFS in rawhide due to GCC 9, so the new
version *won't* be built there. I seem to recall that this exact situation
was presented as an example scenario that would exempt a package from the
"must be built in rawhide first" rule, though I can't find that particular
exception now. (Nor can I even remember whether it's an rpmfusion rule, or
part of the Fedora packaging guidelines themselves.)
Anyway, just a heads-up to explain the unusual situation.
(Regarding the libopenshot-audio FTBFS problem, it's been reported upstream
but the developers wanted to get the release out first before tackling it.
Hopefully now that's been done, we'll see some movement on GCC 9
compatibility.)
