I already patched xpra-codecs-freeworld for building against ffmpeg-3.1
anyway.
I agree with Richard: all affected packages should be rebuilt offline
before to ensure all packages build at a minimum.
I have successfully rebuilt 'moc', 'xpra-codecs-freeworld' and
'lives'
on f25 against ffmpeg-3.2
