We're 1 month away from F26. FFMpeg 3.1 is still receiving
updates.
One of the two
apps with issues has already been patched to work with 3.1.

ffmpeg-3.2 was already built in F26 and all packages have been built ,
what package is broken ? ffmpeg-3.2 is in F26 sometime ago . Argue all
again is not good, but can't you see that we already had more work
(globally) by not update it .
