Last reply from my side: /usr/sbin/sendmail, /usr/bin/java, /usr/bin/print,
/usr/bin/cdrecord or /usr/bin/mkisofs are good examples. These files can be
provided by different packages - in case of cdrecord/mkisofs they're even
and just symlinks to wodim/genisoimage. From my point of view, the situation
is very similar there, because users simply could use wodim rather cdrecord.
And if you ever looked in details to cdrecord/mkisofs alternatives: They are
even more different in functionality than you maybe think or believe...
