cairo-dock will need a rebuild for the new libetpan in F13 updates-testing
Yes, however it depends on when new libetpan will be pushed into Fedora's
stable repository (for F-14 rebuild is already done) and (while I am
the maintainer of cairo-dock on rpmfusion-free)it cannot be
controlled by me.
