Well, I've never used smart, but I think we should avoid a separate
package the best we can, as something like
You want to use rpmfusion? Then install package "foo" if you use smart,
or package "bar" is you use yum.
as that just totally confusing.
IMHO smart channel configs should just go into rpmfusion-release.
