F13's gdk-pixbuf2 is part of gtk2, it's been split in F14 as
part of the road
to gtk3.
Sorry, I should have been more specific. I emailed upstream about why F13
requires LDFLAGS="-lm" and F14 doesn't. It was supposedly fixed in version
2.2
so this may be a regression in 3.0.
