SRPM: http://ricky.fedorapeople.org/pkgs/tarsnap/tarsnap-1.0.27-1.fc14.src.rpm
Description:
Tarsnap is an online encrypted backup service. It presents a tar-like
command-line interface, but stores data online rather than locally;
using ideas taken from the author's FreeBSD Update and Portsnap
utilities, it maximizes performance by recognizing duplicate data and
only storing it once, and cryptographically encrypts and signs archives
using locally-held keys in order to guarantee that nobody without access
to the key file (including the author) can read or modify archives.
Reason it cannot be in Fedora:
This package cannot be included in Fedora because it contains code under the
following license:
Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, without modification,
is permitted for the sole purpose of using the "tarsnap" backup service
provided by Colin Percival.
rpmlint output:
tarsnap-1.0.27-1.fc14.src.rpm:
tarsnap.src: W: invalid-license Tarsnap License
1 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 1 warnings.
tarsnap-1.0.27-1.fc14.x86_64.rpm:
tarsnap.x86_64: W: invalid-license Tarsnap License
tarsnap.x86_64: W: conffile-without-noreplace-flag /etc/tarsnap.conf.sample
1 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 2 warnings.
This is my first RPM Fusion package (I am a Fedora packager).

[Bug 1530] New: Review request: gstreamer-vaapi - A collection of VA-API based plugins for GStreamer and helper libraries

spec: http://www.happyassassin.net/extras/gstreamer-vaapi.spec
SRPM:
http://www.happyassassin.net/extras/gstreamer-vaapi-0.2.5-1.aw_fc14.src.rpm
Description: Gstreamer-vaapi is a collection of VA-API based plugins for
GStreamer and helper libraries. vaapidecode is used to decode MPEG-2, MPEG-4,
H.264, VC-1, WMV3 videos to video/x-vaapi-surface surfaces, depending on the
underlying HW capabilities. vaapiconvert is used to convert from
video/x-raw-yuv pixels to video/x-vaapi-surface surfaces. vaapisink is used to
display video/x-vaapi-surface surfaces to the screen.
Executive summary: this lets gstreamer-based players (Totem and so on) use
vaapi playback acceleration.
This has to go in Fusion because it builds against libva, which was refused for
Fedora and is in Fusion.

[Bug 1035] New: Review request: amap - Network tool for application protocol detection
by RPM Fusion Bugzilla
http://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1035
Summary: Review request: amap - Network tool for application
protocol detection
Product: Package Reviews
Version: Current
Platform: All
OS/Version: GNU/Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P5
Component: Review Request
AssignedTo: rpmfusion-package-review(a)rpmfusion.org
ReportedBy: rebus(a)seznam.cz
CC: rpmfusion-package-review(a)rpmfusion.org, rebus(a)seznam.cz
Blocks: 2,30
Estimated Hours: 0.0
SPEC: http://rebus.webz.cz/d/amap.spec
SRPM: http://rebus.webz.cz/d/amap-5.2-1.fc12.src.rpm
Description:
THC Amap is a next-generation tool for assistingnetwork penetration testing.
It performs fast and reliable application protocol detection, independent
on the TCP/UDP port they are being bound to.
Package is based on the amap package from PLD linux using the patches used for
the PLD src.rpm
Why this package is not eligible to be included in Fedora:
AMAP license is applying extra restrictions to GPLv2 making it non-free for
Fedora. This is also source of warning of rpmlint as this is not approved
license.
https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-legal-list/2010-January/msg00003.html
rpmlint output:
amap.src: W: invalid-license GPLv2 with AMAP disclaimers
1 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 1 warnings.
This is my first (public) package for rpmfusion and fedora so I kindly ask for
reviewer and sponsoring.
Thank you
Michal Ambroz

[Bug 1728] New: Review request: xmris - Maze digging and cherry eating game
by RPM Fusion Bugzilla
http://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1728
Summary: Review request: xmris - Maze digging and cherry eating
game
Product: Package Reviews
Version: Current
Platform: All
OS/Version: GNU/Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P5
Component: Review Request
AssignedTo: rpmfusion-package-review(a)rpmfusion.org

Estimated Hours: 0.0
Spec: http://jwrdegoede.danny.cz/xmris.spec
SRPM: http://jwrdegoede.danny.cz/xmris-4.0.5-1.fc14.src.rpm
Description:
You control a gnome, who can walk around a garden, along paths already
marked, or create new paths wherever you wish. You also have a ball,
which can be thrown in the direction you're facing, towards the gnome's
feet. Points are scored for collecting cherries (if you collect eight
cherries without stopping or pushing an apple, you get a bonus),
killing monsters (by squashing them, or throwing the ball at them), and
collecting the prize left when all the monsters have come out of their
den.
Why not Fedora:
Because the grahpics are too close to the game this is inspired on, which makes
it unacceptable for Fedora, this is the same case as we have for example also
with smc.

4 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 4 errors, 6 warnings.
These can all be ignored, the non standard permissions and the 0 length are for
global highscore table support, the rest is just rpmlint being pedantic.
