Review Request queue is nearing 100 tickets
by Nicolas Chauvet
Hello,
There is around 100 packages pending for review:
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=__open__&list_id=12...
There is a need to sort out which tickets are still active and close
those without activity.
(they can still be reopened later if still relevant).
I've approved the koji-pvr plugins packages based on one template to
make it easier to import.
If you have a package from the queue, please consider doing review
swap. Or you can find any fedora packager for the review. (it might
still requires an account in RPM Fusion FAS to be allowed to approve).
Thx for you help to clear the queue.

ffmpeg 3.3 - gpac 7.0 - x264/x265 need update
by Nicolas Chauvet
Hi,
I know Leigh is already working on ffmpeg 3.3, but others libraries
also needs update.
It would be fine to have them updated all along, in f27 and then maybe f26.
There is no SONAME bump with this ffmpeg compared to 3.3,but this
doesn't mean there is no need for a rebuild because they are still
some data structure changes. At least it would be more safe if a
rebuild can be made.
Thx

(In reply to Dominik 'Rathann' Mierzejewski from comment #23)
> FYI this is no longer relevant for FFmpeg as vo-aacenc is not supported.
> fdk-aac is for HE-AAC, and the native encoder is good enough for most cases.
Please re-open if anyone think this review is still relevant.

Build override from Fedora - process change
by Nicolas Chauvet
I'm trying to setup a mean for RPM Fusion packagers to request a build
overrides from fedora koji packages.
As we do not build with updates-testing repos enabled, it's sometime
needed for a package to be build and pushed in sync with others fedora
packages.
Please submit a specific bug for the package you want to build and
block this bug:
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4501
I'm trying to setup an internal howto for infra, so others infra
members (not only me) will be allowed to proceed to the requests.
Please update the Contributor Howto to reflect this.
Thx
