Kodi 18 alpha 1 is now available for Rawhide. The ARM 64-bit arch is now enabled,
but I do not have any hardware to test it. If anyone does I am interested in test
results. The ARM 32-bit build is not enabled at this time as it requires floating
point support not in the ARMv7hl arch that is the default arch in Fedora.
Please report any other issues in general as there are significant changes in this

I normally use KNode and Gmane to post to mailing lists. This used to work on
this list, too. But the last message that made it through that way was from
January 4! None of the 11 mails I tried to send since then made it through
according to the HyperKitty "user posting activity" history.
Yes, I am subscribed, with mail delivery disabled. (I use KNode and Gmane
(NNTPS) to read the mails.)
I am sending this message with HyperKitty as a workaround.
Can this please be fixed?
There is a need to find a new maintainer(s) for the gstreamer packages
provided by us.
Leigh indicated that he's not willing to work on them anymore for a
reason of its own.
Please respond to this thread and/or ask for ACL on pkgdb:
Right now there is a need to update to 1.13 in rawhide/f28, but there
is a delay since theses packages aren't published yet (fedora infra
has repository compose issue for branched/rawhide).
There will be a need to adapt the split between plugin that have moved
to fedora proper. So this need to be carefully tested.
Thx for your help in this area. And please forward the request
PS: If there is no volunteer by Fedora 28 Beta release, I'm afraid
that those packages will be removed from our repo.

first of all apologies. It turns out there was a dataloss issue with
version 2.8.8 which I have now fixed. In case anybody opened any Sets
with version 2.8.8 you will need to follow the procedure outlined in the
Release Notes here: http://lives-video.com/index.php?do=downloads
Another old issue to do with GUI timing reared it's ugly head again in
2.8.8. This could cause a crash when reloading Sets or recovering files.
I believe I now have the definitive fix for this, and it is included in
2.8.9. If anybody still experiences a crash with the text

Due to a scheduled migration , an unexpected issue occurred on the ppc64le.
The server will be offline mostly today. Please hold your build if possible.
(and do some review...)
noarch build will be okay along with build that doesn't support ppc64le already.
